Welcome back
everyone we hope you had a brilliant Christmas and New Year. We would firstly
like to say a BIG thank you for all your support with our winter fair
last term. It was a huge success and everyone seemed to really enjoy
it.
We've had a lovely start to our term... last week we looked at the story of Goldilocks and the three bears, and the children had the opportunity to try some porridge.
They decided that they liked their porridge just right... not too hot or too cold!
Next week is our Spanish week, we are hoping to bring in a variety of food for the children to try. We can't wait!
We have also been enjoying our walks on welly Wednesdays. Last week we even had two special guests joining us…. Mrs Slack and Mrs Kelly! They dug out their wellies and joined in the fun. They loved seeing the big smiles on the children’s faces.
They even ran down the hill with the children!
So it feels like winter is finally here! The children have loved
playing outside, using the sledges and exploring the ice. We just need a bit more snow now.
Please do not forget to bring in hats, mittens and scarves so the children can wrap up warm.
